An eight-month discipleship and leadership program designed to equip and empower the next generation of Christian leaders. CTI equips you with a Biblical and practical foundation for a life of service in the mission field at home and abroad, preparing students for compassionate ministry among the poor, vulnerable, and marginalized.
Our Vision
is to build up Christian leaders who are
trained for service, founded in faith, and
compelled by Christ.

Core Values
Christ-Centred
In everything, Christ is the core and who we are, what we do, and why we serve all revolves around Him. All our ministry and outreach programs are motivated and informed by Christ.
Hands of Service
We are called to be the hands and feet of Christ, and know that what we do for the most vulnerable, we do for Christ. This is a calling to serve by meeting the spiritual, physical and emotional needs of those in search of health, healing and hope.
Leadership
We believe that as Christians, we are called to lead with courage in Christ and a servants heart, demonstrating faith, humility, love and grace as we in turn follow the leadings of the Lord.
Discipleship
We seek to develop, equip and empower Christian leaders to follow God’s call on their lives and to walk with them as they walk with the Lord in caring for the hurting and vulnerable members of our community.
Stewardship
We honour God through effective, ethical and responsible utilization of our resources, time, finances, partnerships, and the people who lead, teach and participate in our institute.

Testimonials
“Coming out of high school, I didn’t really know what I wanted to do, but I knew I wanted to do something practical in ministry. When I found Hope Mission’s program I was excited for the opportunity to do just that. I immediately fell in love with the community, the work and God, and was humbled by the new perspectives and skills it gave me in life.”
– Kent Neufeld – Past Participant and
Current Manager of Hope Mission’s Tegler Youth Centre
“It was such a special experience I had here. I didn’t know what I signed up for as I didn’t know much about inner city ministry, but it turned out to be greater than what I anticipated. I was able to have tangible experiences during my time in the program and it was a journey of self-discovery. I grew to love the people we serve, and I received more love than I could ever give back to them.”
– Minyoung Choi – Past Participant and
Current Senior Manager of Women’s Programming & Recovery Programs at Hope Mission
